Leadership is a complex topic in itself; add to that the pressure of HR Leadership, and you have a perfect testing ground that is not for the faint hearted. On one side, there is the soft side: human emotions and engagement. And on the other side is the hard facts: structure, policies, and productivity.
We have journeyed this path, and then as creators of this program bring to you a blend that we have tested during 100s of hours of coaching Leaders. HR Leader of the Future is the answer for build a new breed of leaders. An HR Leader needs to be as adept on Strategy as the Strategy Head, as he/she needs to be adept on Operations & customer Service as their respective heads. At the same time need to be as focused on employees and on the effect of the company on the customers side.
To this extent, we observed a clear gap between the theoretical constructs of the currently available program and what is really required for senior HR leaders to earn and keep a seat at the table.
The program is modelled on cases, future scenarios and contemporary examples. It’s modular structure also makes it’s easy for us to provide versions of the program for mid and junior level HR teams, with the lesser degree of immersion than the full version of the program meant for senior HR leaders.
